I had ordered business class with static but was given business dynamic. The router held the IP but the ports would change on a daily basis late at night where I assume they flush the system and everyone gets assigned new IP's
I just called to alert them of the problem, I never bothered getting technical with the guy and it was fixed almost immediately. Sorry I never asked what the "actual" problem was. When I called tech support I was fortunate to be speaking with a live person within 3 minutes. (which surprised the living $h!t out of me). Yeah I know call me lucky :) Regards ----- Original Message ----- From: "Guido" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, June 14, 2004 4:17 PM Subject: Re: [hlds] IP and port are wrong > Well, what did you ask for, cause im using bellsouth and whenever i call em, > im on wait for about 30 minutes, and i get transefered to about 30 different > numbers...
