I had ordered business class with static but was given business dynamic.

The router held the IP but the ports would change on a daily basis late at
night where I assume they flush the system and everyone gets assigned new
IP's

I just called to alert them of the problem, I never bothered getting
technical with the guy and it was fixed almost immediately.
Sorry I never asked what the "actual" problem was.

When I called tech support I was fortunate to be speaking with a live person
within 3 minutes. (which surprised the living $h!t out of me).  Yeah I know
call me lucky :)
