That's a bit annoying to do when you're dynamically generating a new banned.cfg to all servers every ~15 minutes and then executing it, it'd grow pretty unmanageable fairly fast :/
Not that it's such a bad idea though. At least we can actually do this kind of stuff with valve software (/me glares at epic)
