Having the admins take down the server will be the only way of pushing valve
to fix this.

No servers = No one plays online = Valve in big trouble.

I doubt it's an easy fix, but it's something they MUST do, why even bother
working with a game that everyone just cheats in? Why should I be encouraged
to make a mod that someone is going to make a cheat for it eventually and
just ruin the game?
