Could be lag induced by high cpu usage.Due to the servers on a single
processor fighting for cpu clocks and some not getting the clocks they are
needing. It could make server lag and not lag from internet connection or
client side problems. The one server that is lagging on the box is the server
thats not getting the cpu cycles its needing.

A dual processor box might solve the problem.Since it has double the cpu
cycles of sorts.Have you tried taking a server down to see what happens?

I Have samekind of problems, mentioned earlier.I have 1x 28/28, 3x 20/20
DoD servers
in Windows 2003 Std ( 2 different machines). Lag problems is worst
in 28/28 server. It run smoothly for a while and then it starts to cut
line,
I see that perfectly from HLSW. Processor load never over 85% and I Have
20Mb
dedicated line ( never over 4Mb used, even all servers full ), after
restarting HLDS, everything ok.

Proliant DL380 G3 Xeon 3060MHz/1Mb cache,3Gb RAM
Windows 2003 Std Server
Latest HLDS Win32 engine ( 17 )
