Hi

 I was celebrating too early. Lag issue is here
still. I binded process and also binded corresponding network adapter
to same CPU ( intfiltr.exe / w2k3 resource kit ). That seems so reduce
latency about 2-4 ms and stabilize it littlebit, but lag issue won't
disappear.
I Have 3 20/20 dod servers and 1 28/28 server and no problems with 20/20
servers,
so there is something with bigger servers ...
