im guessing that the structure will be exactly the same and mapname.cfg
will override the server.cfg that would have been executed by default.

If for each map you wanted different bot configs but other settings that
were always the same you could create a standard.cfg which you exec
first and then exec  your individual bot config lines in the mapname.cfg
file.
