This warping lag is not restricted to 100 tic servers, reducing to 66 or 33 is a mildly ineffective remedy at best.
While somewhat useful stop-gap solutions, dialing back tic-rates, reducing slots and rebooting your server every 6 hours aren't exactly satisfactory answers.
