You should not do this. The only time you use the +ip command line parameter is on a multi-homed machine (i.e multiple network cards). Setting the "ip" cvar in your server.cfg is always an error (it won't do anything at all). The master server transparently handles NAT's (it lists the server from the IP address the report came from, not from the IP the server thinks it is).
