Please help me out. i also opened this topic on steam. But they said to join
the hlds group. Even i am not getting enought traffic on my gameserver wchich i
think because i am not able to host a Secure server. k thanks.

I had the same problem with my Source CS Server. For the life of me,
through multiple restarts and trying several different things, it
wouldn't VAC secure. I found a forum post on the steamforums, and I
added +ip and the ip address to the game startup line and it connects to
VAC everytime now, and remains VAC secured over time. Try adding this
and post back if it works.
