Clients should have the right to choose not to have settings imposed on them against their will, but this shouldn't be default behaviour - as this command has only come about due to abuse.
Abuse or purpose. On a warcraft mod server you can have your weapon dropped by players of a certain race. Don't fancy getting killed? Well just turn on this CVar and nothing will happen.
