We (Mint Clan) would have found it invaluable after the last steam update 
because ZombieMod on Windows was broken after the update, we're now running 
ZombieMod on a Linux server and it would have been great to redirect users who 
connect using the Windows server IP from the non-working Windows server to the 
working Linux server.

Simply put I always believe in giving players the ability to not play on 
servers which use features in a way the don't like over not giving server 
operators features which they may have some use for at some point.
