Naah. Movie theaters charge their viewers for watching the movie.

Bottom line... your server is the equivalent of the screen in a movie theater. Valve's movie is playing on your projector. There is only one Valve but an almost limitless number of projectors... those currently in operation and those that will take their place in the event the current projectors (servers) drop out.
