whisper - is our (oz) experience reflected in other parts of the world - Europe / Asia / USA etc? If not, that would count against making a blanket change for everyone when it is a local problem. I understood VALVe did take action against net cafe owners who produced multiple steam ids which were used for cheating? Has this changed? Why isn't (if not already) valve going thru the cafe licensing system to take care of the rogue operators where it hurts?
