Don't know why you have alltalk on, but if you turn it off you server is in the "normal" list again and your server is again full for the whole day. I had the same problem. I was in the custom list. But after a Sunday of trail and error, my server was back in the "normal" list. The next day and forward where always 10 hours straight 24 players on the server.
If your really worrying you server.. put it back to the normal list. This sounds great -- Just to clarify, are you putting in additional filters against these workaround servers or do people who abuse the system face blacklisting?
