I wouldn't want stickies to change, it would be too easy to stop
people from destroying sentries or blocking doorways. I got the
achievement for 100 kick-backs today, and it worked very well from
what I noticed. It's a useful ability where it can be used currently.
I did not, however, manage a crit-rocket return, so I can't really
comment on rockets.
