Hmm...I don't really know about sudden death.

There was a problem with cp_labor when we played it in league, the map would
not end at timelimit, so adding mp_stalemate_at_timelimit 1 in the server's
cfg fixed it.
In the TF2 changelog, it says that it's just for the round to end at
timelimit, I don't think it says anything about sudden death.
