To me it sounds like he is saying that he runs the hacked CS server to
advertise his CS reselling services to those who acquired the game
illegally.  Which I guess is one way you can do it. But still very much
not cool.

Wouldn't be violating the ban on sales by offering legit copies to players?

Either way...

I would just switch to CSS since it appears the short sighted court ban
didn't bother to extend to source.
