This is fairly obviously an unconstructive troll, but it also does a nice job of summing up why the situation is ridiculous - valve really couldn't care less about perfectly valid complaints about their game being broken as all hell. They don't even reply to the list with "we're looking at this" or "this will be fixed in build x", there's just endless complaints about bugs and no sign of any fixes that don't come from the parts of the community who actually care about the game being playable.
As an aside, if you're a developer and you or your company considers bug reports to be 'spam', I'd love to know where you work so I can never buy any of their products.
