I use my current webhost to do the transfers. The main problem right now, well, with TF2 anyway, is the download bar isn't very good, at least with .bz2 downloads. The actual download goes to the halfway point, which confuses a lot of clients. A lot of people think the download is just really slow, when it's actually a 30-40mb download for half the bar, and then the extraction process and load. I made a topic about this a very long time ago and had a few people say it'd be awesome, but unfortunately we never saw anything from Valve on the issue.
