That seems like a really bad deal. I use about 150gb/mo on fast download.

Right there that's about $25.50.

Now you need about a gig of storage, maybe two. $0.15 - $0.30.

Now you need to pay for requests. Say you get 20,000. $0.02

Total $25.67 to $25.82 per month.

It'd be useful for smaller hosts but you could get a really high end web
plan for the same price from a webhosting company.
