I have used godaddy to host my maps on my server paying a little under $7/mo (since i have multiple domains have the deluxe plan), but you can get it for $5/mo and its full web hosting. Works great. its fast never had a problem and think in about a year i had 1 unscheduled downtime of about 2 mins and the scheduled ones where about 1-2 and happen rarely. would be cheaper then the other host.
