This is currently possible. Clients can set their "cl_timeout" value
locallly. I currently have a periodic message asking players to do so
via there config files. Ultimate, this is a kludge and I hope the
source of the problem, as well as the horrible lag/warp issue Neph has
been writing about, are resolved.
