Yes, but if you use windows function "WriteProcessMemory" to enable wireflame wallhack without changing r_Drawothermodels cvar value, this method is used about 2 years to cheats used in clanwars etc. this method is undetected by VAC. As you can see on x-ray anticheat site, most used cheat in leagues is this wireflame wallhack cheat ( http://www.xraygaming.com/index.php?pageid=gallery ). Again, again after thousands of reports.. Valve don't care.
