Issue is that I'm not seeing this same behavior on all my servers. I see it most noticeably on 1, then something similar, but not quite as severe on another. The rest of my servers don't seem to suffer from it at all. It could be because the rest of my servers aren't full all day and night like the ones that are experiencing the issue.
