Several of my CSS servers wouldn't restart after this update. The update
appears to have broken the CSSDM and GGDM SourceMod plugins - AGAIN! It may
have broken some other SourceMod plugins as well because at lease one of my
CSS servers without DM is crashing on startup as well. Hopefully new
gamedata files will be released to fix the problems.

Just add cfg's for pl_ maps with a higher number configured.

I think this will be ultimately broken on pl maps, where windiff is usually
over 5.
