No, guys, it really IS a problem with my host. We're gettin that with the
connection to the replay server as well. It hangs everytime the route
problem manifests itself with a "publish error". The server is having route
problems with overseas servers. Believe me, i monitored it and double
checked.

It's definitely not a "shutdown everything and restart" problem. We're all
server admins here. I think we can exclude the obvious solutions right away.

The problem is that we can't tell the datacenter exactly where is the
problem since i can't trace the route without an IP Address for the Item
Loadout server.

I guess i'll have to sniff the packets comming out of my server to get an
address. Sigh. Hard and boring way. :\
