There is no such thing as a TF2-specific mailing list. All three hlds_announce, hlds, and hlds_linux mailing lists encompass DoD:S, HL2:DM, CS:S, TF2, L4D2, *and* other games (such as TWI's Rising Storm). The only L4D2-specific list would be L4Dmapper (see: https://list.valvesoftware.com/mailman/listinfo/). It's pretty much all or nothing.
Seeing as you're sending from a Gmail account, you're more than capable of setting up a filter that auto-archives any messages but stuff relating to TF2.
