Ahh so we will never it then to help fill up community servers? Right? I don't follow your logic, because it doesn't make sense. Maybe what you are experiencing has something to do with: 1) There being no valve beta map servers at this moment 2) These maps have just been "released" and are of interest to a lot of players
I don't see the interest in holding. It doesn't hold for finished maps it definitely won't hold for unfinished ones.
