It shouldn't be too much of a problem. It's not like it takes a while to set them up either if there really is a big demand. Are there any tips on how to query the server as neither HLSW or Steam seem to be updated to view the server. I've added ?Port and ?QueryPort to the command line. The only way I can see it's online is via the command and the web admin being active.
