CD is primarily a client-side anti-cheat. There really isn't much on the server-side except for the authorization system. As you all know, HLG is purely server-side. We're looking into the possibility of just integrating CD's authorization system into HLG and then having the CD client become an optional HLG client (optional or required defined by the server admin).
Currently, we're working on some solutions that can be integrated directly into MODs themselves. Naturally, this would only work with non-VALVe MODs as we don't see VALVe working our solution into their MODs anytime soon. But, it would provide a good solution for those others that are still in the dark without a flashlight or even a match. =\ Once we have something solid, we'll be contacting a few prominant MOD developers on giving this a go. From what I understand, FireArms is ready to work with us on some solutions to the cheating there. Hopefully, other mods like Natural Selection will too.
