Here are some of the optimizations that I spoke of yesterday. I found these on the NS forums.
mp_networkmeterrate 7500 sv_maxupdaterate 100 sv_minrate 0 sv_maxrate 5000 mp_lowlag 1 I'm going to play with the sv_maxrate a little bit.
