I believe the mp_lowlag and mp_networkmeterrate are NS specific commands.

that is a pretty low maxrate, even for an internet server.  And w/ that
maxrate, that maxupdaterate is absurd.   Ive never seen the
mp_networkmeterrate ;/  anyone know what thats about?
