Yeah, the fps deal would be true, but the examples that I am talking about,
the people all had new(er) hardware, where its seldom that it drops below
100fps

I forgot about that lan rate deal.  isnt is like sv_maxrate 9999? or
something?

wish they would release a patch for that (if not 1.6) before july, and our
next lan cp6.
