I don't think those are good examples. Those add imbalance and are really just bugs. If one person isn't near water then there is a disadvantage. If one side had an opening in the sky to get up top and the other doesn't then thats a clear disadvantage to the other team as well. Strafe jumping is/was something anyone can do. This was part of my point that the playing feild is equal and only difference is, someone knows how to strafe little while jumping. I know CS and Quake are very different. To each his own. I don't think I will be conviced it was cheating though.
