I have to say that these are techneques that anyone can pull off, where as a cheat gives a single person a greater advantage then every other player in that game. If you work hard to acquire a skill, I don't see why anyone else can't put the same amount of effort into learning it too. Cheating however is way out of line, where increasing your speed for just normal running, etc, is just wrong.
