Fair enough on your comments - I dont disagree with any of your points - crossed wires I guess.
And why does your mail system keep adding {SPAM?} to the subject line?

Mailserver now fixed (*crosses fingers and hopes this one doesnt get labled also*) - if you read the headers you should see why it got labled as spam i.e:
X-MailScanner-SpamCheck: osirusoft.com, SpamAssassin (score=-2.7, required 9, IN_REP_TO, SUBJ_ENDS_IN_Q_MARK, DOUBLE_CAPSWORD, AWL)
The problems is that Osirusoft has just gone up the creek and is blacklisting everybody *sighs*
Details have been slashdotted for anyone else who uses blacklists ...
