For all intents and purposes, the beta didn't end. They gave us the rest
of the maps, and the new engines for i686, amd, etc, but all the problems
of the beta are still there, its still missing some content, memory
leaks..

One thing specificly: Bots are still disabled. Attempting to use them
responds that "Bots are not allowed during the Beta."

I expect to see lots of updates in the next few weeks.

On sv_voicecodec: I did this too for a long time. I noticed when I
connected to my server I would see something like "Unable to find codec
voice_speex, voice disabled" ... I've since removed that from my server's
server.cfg and when I connect now, voice works for me and the majority of
individuals it seems. Their key isn't getting unbound, the game is
disabling voice due to codec issues. So you're really re-enabling voice
itself.
