I have the servers packed from day1... with or without the finaloctet
being low. You just have to work to get the volume you want. build up a
good reputation and they will be on your server.

I think the current system is more fair. You cannot take advantage on the
current system, since we dont know where the player is located.

But there is probably some better way to do the serverlist download. ie:
country codes... at least here in europe where we are devided in smaller
areas than the US would benefit from it.
