You still dont get the point. The endless horus to fix an update within
hours
is their own fault bro. They released a faulty update that wasn't tested.

They caused the extra work needed on their part to fix the problem.
We all appreciate Valve making css and 1.6 active projects and pretty much
catering to its gaming community, thats not the point. The point is a lack
of testing for their updates, and its not just about css, this happens
quit a bit
for the 1.6 updates as well, to the point where its frequent when you're
updating
both engines. When you have to update x00 servers it becomes a bit of a
problem
having to do it twice when you should be focusing time on your own
development
or the maintenance of the systems and not a bug that got out due to a
lack of
testing. Running it once, just once on a linux server would have shown them
oh yeah, theres a segfault, I bet I screwed something up in the last
couple lines
or couple hundred lines for that matter of code I put in. Instead that
was not the
case, we had to update first, only to find out that there was a bug and
then update
again when there was a fix, which *COULD* have also been bugged, unless
they tested it, and after a faulty update I should hope they did. You
can only
cry update so long before people stop listening.

To all complaining, yes the update sucked...
But at the same time thank the people who put endless hours into our
business(hobby) to send out the new update within hours... I know several
GSP's that cant reply to trouble tickets as fast as the "re" update came
out...
