??? Ofcourse, I use sys_ticrate for HLDS! Just named it tickrate ...
Yes, I had Pingboost 3, changed back to 2 because I had some problems
with my CPU usage.

If there is a fps_max in hlds, no clue! I jsut set it in case of ;)

FYI:
hlds param: -pingbooster 2 +sys_ticrate 300 +alias sys_ticrate wait
srcds param: -tickrate 100
