I think the server redirect should remain blocked unless a popup is
shown -- it is too easily abused by bot servers.

However, the reserved slot functionality is gold.  I used to use
reserved slots as carrots to my community and prizes for winning in our
tournaments....

Is there another alternative out there for reserved slots these days?
The server is allowed to kick people via rcon so it should be possible
to implement right?

I do like how Valve implemented the min/max variables - good call and
thanks for listening!
