DoD is a HLDS based game and tickrate 33 doesn't apply (At least I hope it
doesn't apply in your case)
DoD:S is a Source based game and the default tickerate is 66. Most CS:S
servers effectively default to 66 tickrate as well, since 33 tickrate has
proven to be a quite horrible end user experience.
