Well, there is no tv on the server and it shows the slot as a normal
slot in the server list..

We have a bug with the last updates:
If I start a server with -maxplayers 16 for exemple and then issue a
rcon tv_enable 1, the maxplayer being displayed is then 25
If I start a server with +maxplayers 16 for exemple and then issue a
rcon tv_enable 1, the maxplayer being displayed is then 17
On both case the hidden slot is not a hidden slot. I also guess it can
be used for a user to connect to the server..
Am I the only one having this issue ?

SourceTV:
- SourceTV now uses a hidden slot on the game server. This allows
for 24
player servers to also have a SourceTV proxy connected to it
- Fixed Pyro's flamethrower flames not showing up in SourceTV
