Just had a look at this and the ? is due to the fact the server never
responds to the request for either rules or players.
In addition I've just noticed that both The Ship servers and Source
servers respond with type = 0x49 but have different payloads making
it very hard to parse. One or the other should change typeid's.
N.B. Just committed a small update which adds EDF processing to type
0x49
