Hi steve,

I tried the SVN version with your commit with no success..
My only issue is that now I can't check if the server uses plugins nor 
the server rules cuz it's not displayed anymore in the serevr rules 
qstat displays..

I hope VALVe can do something about it, qstat is used a lot to query 
game servers...
