The sniper crosshair is a good thing. It allows everyone access to something that only players that modded their games had before and since the rifle is dead accurate even when unscoped it’s something that I believe should have been there in the first place.
About being killed around corners. There is nothing to fix, it works as intended and it's a very small price to pay for the advantages that lag compensation brings.
