Just add a extra tab "delisted" or "blacklisted" which once passed the
mailing list here.. in the serverbrowser.

Then i think it would be fine.. if you get kicked for a reserved slot, you
just installed sourcemod badly because you dont have to kick people.
I would rather setup my server to work with this new type of delisting,
then having to join a server with 22 people on it only to find out there is
nobody there.. that really annoys me.
