Does sv_forcepreload do anything in L4D? I looks like command deprecated 
because if I enter sv_forcepreload in console, I'm geting
"sv_forcepreload" = "1" ( def. "0" )
  archive
  - Force server side preloading.
Word "archive" important, also if I enable it during gameplay console 
fills up with messages like SV_StartSound: 
player/smoker/voice/idle/Smoker_SpotPrey_07.wav not precached (0), which 
give clue its not working.

Any thoughts is it worth enable it?
