+1 Basic rules of troubleshooting an application, remove all plugins and addons (like renaming the addons folder). Re-enable SM and MM:S but no other plugins. If it doesn't crash, enable one plugin at a time until it does. You will find the culprit that way (likely a dodgy plugin).
Also, I have had heaps of crashes and segfaults caused by logging being on for some reason. Try turning off logging and see if that helps.
