Just out of curiosity. Do you have the correct permission on all your files and folders? I had a problem like this once a while back, and it turned out to be an inherited permissions problem. The correct user owned the files, and the right permission were on the files and folders, but one of the folders further up the chain had permissions that were 750 instead of 755, or something like that.
